WIGGER is a slang term used to describe a Caucasian person who dresses, speaks, or otherwise behaves in a manner that is stereotypically associated with certain aspects of African-Carribean culture — for example, speaking in African American Vernacular English (also known as ebonics). The term is a portmanteau combining the words 'white' and 'nigger', or 'wannabe' and 'nigger', and is associated with cultural appropriation, like nigga. The term "wigger" is generally considered pejorative.

The condition is sometimes seen as evidence for a lack of identification with or interest in a person's own culture or simply as an interest in subcultures such as hiphop and so-called 'street' culture, which is typically associated with Africans/Caribbeans, and Latinos. Recently, there has been a massive explosion in wigger prevalence among young people. The rise in wigger culture has coincided with hip-hop's displacement of rock music as the music of choice of young whites.

The Offspring song "Pretty Fly (for a White Guy)" is a famous song about "wigger" culture.

British comedian Sacha Baron Cohen's Ali G character is a critically praised caricature of a wigger. Wiggers speak a dialect of English spoken by Caribbean immigrants, featuring a mixture of Creole, Cockney and 'street' Jamaican phrases.
